Claire Martin is Executive Director at Envision Resilience, leading the organization’s mission of advancing innovative planning and design in the face of climate change through student and community partnerships. She works in close collaboration with communities at the forefront of climate challenges, connecting them with students studying architecture, urban design, landscape architecture and public art to imagine, design and work toward more adaptive, inclusive and resilient futures.

Claire has worked previously in print journalism and outdoor youth education and believes that listening and learning from people’s stories is one of the best forms of education. She has a B.A. in Media Studies, Journalism and Digital Arts from Saint Michael’s College and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability and Climate Change Policy from Northeastern University.
